Automobile

The course entails two programmes – the Technician Certificate Programme and the Advance Diploma Course. The Technician Certificate Programme provides a broad introduction to the theoretical and practical side of motor vehicle servicing for front-line workers. This certificate programme will prepare unskilled youth to carry out routine services under supervision. The Advance Diploma Course, on the other hand equips students with a broader range of skills needed to identify faults and to carry out full servicing and repairs independently.

General Electrician

As part of the General Electrician Course, students will be trained in the areas of electrical systems, circuits and appliances. They will also be fully equipped to carry out installation and maintenance of electrical fixed assets in operations like mining sawmills, oil, construction, housing and gas industries.

Mechanical

The Mechanical Department consists of a collection of metal-working processes. Students are trained in the use of power-driven machine tools, such as Power Saws, Lathes, Milling Machines, Shaper Machines and Drill Presses that are used with sharp cutting tools to mechanically cut metals to achieve the desired geometry. Machining is an important part of the manufacturing process of almost all metal products.

Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning

Students of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning are trained in the fields of installing, servicing and maintaining refrigeration systems in supermarkets, hospitals, food processing plants, industrial and oil refineries and power plants. In addition to this, students receive training on installation, service and maintenance of RAC systems that control and maintain air quality, temperature and humidity inside offices, schools, leisure complexes and other modern buildings.

Welding

Students are trained in the field of welding, fabrication and pipe work by internationally recognised methods and standards enabling them to secure jobs in a variety of fields, including the Oil and Gas Sector, Automobile Industry, Construction Sector, Ship Manufacturing, and Aircraft Manufacturing etc.
